Third-Party Integration: Evidence Academics ensures that any external content or partnerships comply with legal IP agreements before incorporation into CME courses.
4. Copyright Compliance & Ethical Responsibilities
Fair Use & Attribution: All external references, citations, and borrowed materials must be properly credited in course content.
Prohibited Actions: Any act of plagiarism, impersonation, or unauthorized distribution of protected content will be subject to disciplinary measures.
Trainer Responsibilities: Educators uploading materials such as recorded sessions, assessments, and learning resources must ensure compliance with copyright principles.
5. Enforcement & Policy Violation Consequences
Violations of this Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy may result in:
