1. Refund Eligibility
Learners may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
The course has not been accessed, downloaded, or used within 10 days of enrollment.
The learner has completed the course but did not receive Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits in Mumaris+ due to a technical issue caused by Evidence Academics.
Refunds will be subject to administrative deductions, including 2% of the course fee for bank processing charges.
2. Refund Exclusions
Refunds will not be granted if any of the following applies:
The learner has accessed, downloaded, or used the training course materials.
Evidence indicates that another individual has accessed the account, in which case the account may be permanently suspended.
The account has been flagged or banned due to violations of Evidence Academics’ Terms & Conditions.
CME credits were not awarded due to external factors beyond Evidence Academics’ control, including:
Practitioner Specialty does not align with the target audience for the course.
Licensing issues with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
Non-compliance with Evidence Academics’ E-learning Attendance Policy for obtaining CME.
3. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, follow these steps:
Send an email to finance@evidence-academics.com from the registered email associated with your account.
Provide your full name, SCFHS profile number, banking details IBAN , and a clear reason for your refund request.
Refund processing will be completed within 5 working days of request submission.
