Complete at least 80% of course content and pass required assessments.
Ensure their specialization matches course eligibility to prevent CME hours rejection in Mumaris+.
Follow proper attendance procedures in compliance with NELC regulation standards.
Evidence Academics will submit CME hours weekly, but delays may occur due to external regulatory processing.
6. Payment, Refunds & Financial Transactions
Payments for courses must be completed through authorized channels on the Evidence Academics platform.
Refunds are subject to eligibility criteria as outlined in the Refund Policy, including restrictions based on course access and CME hours status.
Fraudulent transactions, misuse of discount codes, or unauthorized chargebacks may lead to account suspension or legal proceedings.
7. Privacy & Data Security
Users’ personal data, enrollment details, and assessment records are protected under Saudi data security laws and NELC compliance measures.
